1. About Passa Bonus

Passa Bonus (“the Service”) is a loyalty program operated by SkandaBio Organics Private Limited (“we”, “us”), a company incorporated in India with its registered office at 316/6A, Melapachakudi Village, Fathima Nagar Post, Viralimalai, Tamil Nadu – 621316, India. By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What Passa Bonus is — and is not

Passa Bonus is a platform that helps participating shops reward you for your purchases. We are not the seller of any goods. When you pay a shop through its own UPI QR code — which is how most shops take payment — your payment goes directly from you to the shop through your own UPI app, and Passa Bonus does not receive, hold or process it. Some shops also choose to offer payment inside the Passa Bonus page: those payments are processed by our payment partner Razorpay and settled to that shop’s own bank account. Either way, we are not a party to the sale, and we never see your card number, UPI PIN or other payment credentials — see the Privacy Policy, section 6.

3. How the program works

• You pay the shop as usual, by UPI;
• You send your payment receipt to the Passa Bonus WhatsApp number;
• Once confirmed, a reward is added to your savings for that shop;
• You collect your reward in person at that shop.

4. Your rewards

• Rewards are everyday goods (such as sugar, oil or rice) chosen by each shop, and are provided and handed over by that shop, not by Passa Bonus;
• Rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and can only be redeemed in person at the shop that granted them;
• Your reward “savings” are simply a record of goods you have earned — they are not money, not a deposit, and earn no interest;
• Rewards are subject to the shop continuing to take part in the program (see section 6).

5. Not a lottery or prize scheme

Passa Bonus is a loyalty and discount program. Rewards are earned at a fixed, known rate for money you spend — there is no element of chance, no draw, and no entry fee. It is not a lottery, prize competition or prize scheme.

6. Shops may pause or change the program

A shop may join, pause or leave Passa Bonus, and may change its reward from time to time. If a shop changes its reward, rewards you have already earned remain yours and stay collectible at that shop. If a shop pauses or leaves, you may no longer be able to earn new rewards there; please speak to the shop about collecting any rewards you have already earned.

7. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Passa Bonus, and you must use it only with payments you have genuinely made.

8. Fair use

You agree not to submit fake, altered, duplicate or someone else’s payment receipts, or otherwise misuse the Service. We may decline or reverse rewards, and suspend access, where we reasonably believe the Service is being misused.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for the goods you buy, the quality of any reward, or the conduct of any shop — those are the shop’s responsibility. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkandaBio Organics Private Limited is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, and any direct liability is limited to the value of the rewards in question.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. By using the Service you agree to it.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Tamil Nadu, India shall have jurisdiction.
